Chef D'nato was trained in Naples, Italy and has worked at some of the finest restaurants from the Riviera Hotel, to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, to Mario's in New York City.

Chef D'nato has recently retired to Ramona, but still enjoys preparing fine cuisine for intimate gatherings, in your home or large functions at your place of business. We at Coney Island Catering are pleased to have D'nato's culinary talents to share with you.
